At Antioch, we believe that church is more than a building we enter on Sunday morning. It is a family where faith is strengthened, hope is renewed, lives are transformed, and God’s love is experienced.
We are ordinary people serving an extraordinary God. We don’t claim to have it all together, nor do we pretend to have all the answers. Like you, we are navigating life’s joys and challenges, learning to trust God through every season, and striving each day to become more like Jesus Christ. We are growing in faith, learning to walk in grace, and discovering what it means to live with purpose.
Whether you have been walking with Christ for years, are beginning your journey of faith, or are simply searching for a place to belong, there is a place for you at Antioch.

A devoted follower of Christ, husband, father, and servant leader, Reverend Williams brings a passion for biblical teaching, discipleship, and community service. The Antioch Baptist Church of San Jose is like a treasure trove, full of memories and religious relics that pay homage to the visionaries that established the city’s black community more than a century ago.

Antioch Baptist Church directly Serves the lives of our members, as well as those less privileged in the community and abroad, through a wide variety of outreach ministries and international development and support projects.
Reach Out a Helping Hand
We support God’s Vision School, a community school in Mombasa, Kenya built in 2013. Your donation also goes toward supporting several church missionaries abroad, such as The Gaffrard Family in the past.
Join A Missionary Circle
A circle is a small group of women meeting for a common purpose, and has a membership that is small enough that all individuals can participate. Circles are also referred to as “Circles of Love”. The circles at Antioch Baptist are Business and Professional Women, Inez Jackson Circle, Lydia Circle, and the Rosalind Circle.
